The things people ask before they start.

Straight answers on ordering, projects, partnerships and how we handle cultural material. Where something is still being worked out, we say so rather than filling the gap.

We are a media, technology and heritage commerce company. In practice that means publishing books and writing, building software like ECHO, running The Heritage Market, and taking on project work across publishing, digital, media and consulting. Tell us the goal and we will tell you which part of the company fits it.

Yes. Some of the work is our own; much of it is other people's ideas brought to completion. If you have a manuscript, a product, a story or a brand that needs building, publishing or promoting, that is the work.

Start with the goal, then the scope. We confirm what is included, the timeline and the cost in writing before any work begins. There is no fixed price list, because scope varies and we would rather quote accurately than quote low.

Our heritage work is central to what we do, not a limit on who we work with. We take on projects across sectors and industries. What stays consistent is the standard we hold cultural material to.

As material with owners and origins. Where a story, language, image or practice comes from a specific community or tradition, we credit it, we check interpretation with people who carry that knowledge, and we mark interpretation as interpretation. Where something cannot be sourced, we say so or leave it out.

Some are live and usable today, like ECHO and the Business and Financial Playbook. Others are still being built, and the Software page labels each one as it stands. We would rather show you what works now than describe what might.

A curated reading shelf of books on Black history and culture, hosted on Amazon through The Heritage Market's page. Buying through it may earn us an affiliate commission, at no extra cost to you.

It is read by a person, not a queue. You will get a reply by email, either with a next step or a straight answer that we are not the right fit for this one.
